The House

Welcome to Les Terrasses!

A modern and charming house on two levels. Four separate bedrooms. The entry level has in open plan a kitchen, dining room and living room, with exits to three terraces in different directions. It also has one bedroom, bathroom (shower) and separate toilet. The upper level has three bedrooms with A.C.), bathroom (bath tub and shower) and separate toilet.

Although the house is centrally located in Roujan (150 meters from the main street with bakery, cafes and restaurants), it is in a quiet and secluded area. It has a lush garden, several patios and a private pool. Since we have children ourselves, the house and garden are well-equipped for families with children (e.g. playing area with sandbox in the garden, high chairs, and a cot).

We’re two sisters owning the house together since early 2014. We both live in Stockholm, Sweden. Our house in Roujan gives us the possibility to meet all together – with our children and their grandparents. At ‘Les Terrasses’ you’re centrally located in a cosy wine growers village. At the same time the property offers a calm and secluded garden with a private, heated pool and several terraces.

The Garden

In our garden, you will find plenty of different fruits, berries and also olives! Depending on the season of your stay you will be able to enjoy raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, figs, apricots, grapes and plenty of different fresh herbs!

The Pool

We (4 adults, 4 children) had a wonderful time in “Les Terrasses”. Everything was just perfect – the house, the garden, the pool. We really enjoyed our stay and we would recommend this property to all people who are looking for a quiet and well equipped home. Roujan is a lovely place to stay with restaurants, super market and everything you need. The wine district Languedoc offers lots of sights and activities and even the beach is easy to reach.

The house was the best we’ve stayed in over 10 years of travelling to France. Pool and garden area were fantastic and the house was well equipped and modern. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay im France but with lots to do a short distance away.
